TERMS AND CONDITIONS WOO-FI®

 

  1. VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to WOO-FI LLC, hereinafter referred to as WOO-FI, in connection with the resale of prepaid eSIMs.

WOO-FI reserves the right to accept variant clauses only in the case of an explicit written agreement.

 

  1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

2.1. WOO-FI eSIM RESALE

WOO-FI resells prepaid eSIMs.

The customer subscribes and purchases eSIM services through the WOO-FI App.

Payments are processed via Stripe (https://stripe.com/) using your credit card (virtual Credit Card Imprint).

 

2.2. REGISTRATION FOR WOO-FI SERVICES USE

After the customer’s acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions to use WOO-FI services, the customer directly provides the following information: Name, Surname, Address (billing address), and Email.

 

2.3. WOO-FI COMMITMENTS

WOO-FI commits to make reasonable efforts to provide quality service to the customer. However, WOO-FI does not guarantee uninterrupted service, timely delivery, or that it will be secure or free from defects.

 

2.4. CUSTOMER COMMITMENTS

By using the equipment or services provided by WOO-FI, the customer must not engage in any action that is abusive, illegal, or fraudulent, or that damages or disrupts the network.

If the customer violates their obligations under Section 2.4, WOO-FI may suspend the customer’s use of the service. During any suspension period, the customer will still be liable for all charges due under this Agreement for the suspended services.

 

2.5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring their devices are compatible with the eSIM and unlocked. Device compatibility may vary depending on the carrier and country of origin, and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatible eSIM devices provided at checkout.

By confirming that the device is eSIM-compatible, the customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

The eSIM compatibility list is not exhaustive, as newly announced eSIM-compatible devices may need to be added.

 

  1. START, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

The service contract between WOO-FI and the customer begins upon completion of the order in the WOO-FI App.

eSIM activation and awareness of the Activation Policy are the customer’s responsibility.

The contract will be terminated if the customer does not have an active data package or has removed the eSIM from the target device.

 

  1. CHARGES AND PAYMENT

4.1. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for WOO-FI services is made through credit/debit card or PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Alipay.

The payment currency is the US dollar ($).

Credit card transactions will be processed and protected by WOO-FI Stripe providers (https://stripe.com).

 

4.2. USAGE FEES

WOO-FI declares that all charges include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

The customer will not be entitled to offset any claims against WOO-FI, unless at WOO-FI’s sole discretion or final court decision.

 

  1. DELIVERY

The eSIM acquisition will be immediately verified by the customer in the “My eSIMs” tab on the WOO-FI App. After purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email. All eSIM installation information will be available only in the user’s WOO-FI account.

 

  1. REFUND/CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY

If due to a technical issue with WOO-FI the eSIM cannot be installed and used, the customer has the right to request a refund or eSIM replacement.

 

6.1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

6.1.1. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, when activation is no longer possible after extensive collaborative troubleshooting.

Cooperation with the customer is necessary to promptly resolve the issue for a refund to be granted.

Each data package has its own validity period. No refunds will be offered for any remaining data services when the validity period expires.

No refund or compensation of any kind will be issued due to charges from alternative phones, alternative SIM cards, alternative providers, hotel phones, or other charges not directly related to the customer’s WOO-FI eSIM account. (Refer to the section

Fraudulent purchases: WOO-FI reserves the right to refuse any refund if there is evidence of abuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions, or any fraudulent activity related to the use of WOO-FI products and services.

Unauthorized purchases: The case will be subject to investigation and approval before processing any refund. WOO-FI reserves the right to suspend any account associated with fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Accidental purchases: Once the customer installs the eSIM, it is considered used, and the customer is solely responsible for its usage. No refund will be offered.

Incorrect charges: If the customer reasonably and in good faith disputes a bill or part thereof, the customer must notify WOO-FI of such disagreement within twelve (12) days of receiving the bill, providing details of why the billed amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the customer believes is due. (See details in section 4.2 USAGE FEES in the Terms and Conditions).

Replacements: eSIMs purchased exclusively through WOO-FI voucher gains can be replaced within 30 days of the purchase date.

Other reasons: If the refund request does not fall under the above items, WOO-FI reserves the right to review on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a processing fee may apply. The maximum credit refund a customer can request must be equal to or less than the total amount paid.

6.1.2. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, the customer should contact WOO-FI support team through the Contact Us page or send an email to support@woo-fi.com. Please note that our refund policy above will be applied. 

Depending on the nature of the issue, customers may be asked to provide additional information to support their refund request, such as device setting screenshots for technical issues or details of why the billed amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the customer believes is due and other relevant information. Refer to section 6.1.1 in this document for refunds related to technical issues.

Customers will have the option to credit back through the original payment method 

Refund to original method: Once the refund is approved and processed, it may take up to thirty (30) business days to appear on the statement, depending on the customer’s bank.

 

6.2. MODIFICATION

WOO-FI’s eSIM data packages are offered as they are, and no additional modification or customization can be made based on individual requests after the purchase.

 

  1. RESPONSIBILITY AND WARRANTY

WOO-FI is not liable for damages resulting from the constant unavailability of the proposed service.

WOO-FI does not guarantee constant availability of the network service.
